Ingredients: Plam Oil, Onion, Curry Powder, Chilies, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Spices

Cara Memasak / Cooking Method:

1. Masukkan 1 pek (100g) pes ke dalam pot, dan masukkan 500g daging dan 400g air, kemudian masak

selama 3 minit,

Pour one packet (100g) of instant paste , 500g meat and 400g water into a pot and bolied for 3 minutes.

2. Tambahkan 100g ubi kentang selepas mendidih.

Cook till mixture boils, and add in 100g of potato cut.

3. Masak selama 30 minit dengan api yang perlahan.

Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 30 minutes.

4. Akhir sekali, masukkan 50ml santan kelapa atau susu skim, sedia untuk dihidang.

Lastly, add in 50ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk, serve well.
